SILVER Version:
The Gig 4x/-+ Is currently available in our more popular and very light Silver Version (only 74kg) or the more rugged Bronze Version. Both versions come with a decked bow and stern compartment for increase stiffness, luggage and buoyancy volume.
The Silver version is built for lightness and quality, the intended use is
for athletes and crews who are enjoying the stiffness of the boat when on the water, and, due to less weight, the ease of handling the boat of the water.
The honey comb pyrolytic carbon
sandwich construction is made up of 100% prepreg Kevlar carbon and a Nomex foam
honeycomb layer.
This mix gives the boat a great and lasting stiffness and a great
transmission of the produced power into the water whilst remaining enduring for
everyday use.
The Sax board is constructed from
a mix of high resistance carbon in a
PVC/Kevlar and Nomex core sandwich structure.
BRONZE Version:
Our Bronze version is designed to be a durable and reliable club boat for everyday use.
The hull is constructed as a double layered glass fibre and carbon fibre mix in a sandwich construction with a foam core mat.
